DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION
C.I CONCEPCOL S.A.S. requires to every applicant that aspires to be a supplier, the submission of documents that allow compliance with the formal and quality legal standards required by our company.
RECEIVING AND VERIFICATION
Our commercial area receives the documents sent by the aspiring to be a supplier and sends them to the compliance officer who is responsible for validating the required documentation.

DUE DILIGENCE
Once the applicant fully complies with the requirements demanded by the compliance officer, he proceeds to perform due diligence in order to assess risk factors of people and the traceability of the mineral or origin.
APPROVAL
Upon completion of the compliance process C.I. CONCEPCOL S.A.S. will issue a final concept of approval or not of the applicant or possible provider.
